    2 CUPS MILK
    1/4 CUP HONEY
    1 DASH SALT

    YEAST MIX:
    1/2 CUP WATER -- WARM
    DASH SALT
    DASH SUGAR
    2 TABLESPOONS DRY YEAST


    3-4 CUPS FLOUR

    Recipe

    PREHEAT OVEN TO 200 DEGREES. IN A SAUSE PAN HEAT MILK/HONEY MIXTURE TO ABOUT 200 DEGREESS. CAN NOT GO HIGHER. IN THE MIXER ADD YEAST MIXTURE. (8-10 MINUTES OR FOAMY) THEN MIX BOTH TOGETHER. IN THE MIXER, ADD 3-4 CUPS OF FLOUR TIL NOT REALLY STICKY. KNEAD FOR AT LEAST 8 MINUTES. GREASE FINGERS AND HAND KNEAD FOR A FEW MINUTES AND PLACE BREAD INTO GREASED PANS. PLACE IN OVEN FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO RISE. ONCE BREAD HAS RISEN, TURN OVEN UP TO 350 AND COOK FOR 45-60 MINUTES OR UNTIL BREAD IS BROWNED. REMOVE FROM THE PAN IMMEDIATELY AND BRUSH TOP WITH BUTTER.
