    Blueberry Pie

    List of Ingredients




    Prepare your favorite pastry for 9-inch, 2 crust pie

    4 cups blueberries
    1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 to 1 cup sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 cup flour (increase if berries are very juicy or double if using frozen berries)


    Recipe



    Line pie pan with half of pastry. Fill with berries. Combine sugar and flour; sprinkle over berries; sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter. Top with other half of pastry and crimp edges together. Bake at 425o for 35-45 minutes - until filling begins to bubble and thicken. After 20 minutes, place aluminum foil around edge to keep it from browning too much.
