    Mini Chocolate Cheesecakes

    1 pkg cream cheese, softened
    1/3 cup of sugar
    1 large egg
    4 oz semi sweet chocolate, melted
    4 oz coffee flavored yogurt (vanilla will work if you dont like coffee)

    Recipe



    Line 24 mini-muffin times with paper liners. Beat cream cheese with sugar until fluffy; beat in egg. Beat in chocolate. Stir in yogurt.

    Spoon 1 tablespoon of mixture into each liner. Bake in preheated oven at 350 until set (about 40-45 minutes) Let cook on a wire rack. Refrigerate overnight.
