BROCCOLI & CHEESE PIZZA

1 BAG PIZZA DOUGH
2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
4 OUNCES ROMANO CHEESE -- GRATED
12 OUNCES MOZZARELLA CHEESE -- SHREDDED
1 LARGE HEAD OF BROCCOLI -- CHOPPED
2 CLOVES GARLIC -- MINCED

MY FAVORITE HOMEMADE PIZZA (YOU WILL NEED BREATH MINTS AFTER!)
SHAPE PIZZA DOUGH ON THE 12X15 STONEWEAR PAN. USING THE KITCHEN SPRITZER, SPRITZ THE CRUST WITH OLIVE OIL AND SPREAD THE MINCED GARLIC ON THE CRUST. GRATE THE ROMANO CHEESE ON TOP OF THE GARLIC. CHOP THE BROCCOLI HEAD UP REALLY FINE. SPREAD ON THE ROMANO CHEESE. GRATE THE MOZZARELLA CHEESE ON TOP OF THE BROCCOLI. GRATE THE REMAINING ROMANO ON THE MOZZARELLA. BAKE FOR 15-18 MINUTES (OR UNTIL BROWN) LET COOL ABOUT 5 MINUTES BEFORE SLICING.
