1 BUNCH SCALLION -- CHOPPED
1 BOTTLE CAESAR SALAD DRESSING -- LIGHT
12 OUNCES MONTEREY JACK CHEESE -- SHREDDED
4 OUNCES ROMANO CHEESE -- GRATED
SPRAY OLIVE OIL -- LIGHTLY
2 CLOVES GARLIC

ROLL DOUGH OUT IN THE 12X15 PIZZA STONE. SPRAY LIGHTLY WITH OLIVE OIL. SPREAD 2 TABLESPOONS OF CAESAR DRESSING ON DOUGH. COVER DOUGH W/MONTEREY JACK CHEESE AND GRATE 2 OUNCES OF ROMANO ON TOP OF IT. BAKE AT 350 FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWN.
IN A BATTER BOWL, COMBINE SHREDDED LETTUCE, CHOPPED TOMATOES AND CUT SCALLIONS. ADD CAESAR DRESSING TO TASTE. SPREAD SALAD MIXTURE ON TOP OF WARM PIZZA CRUST. PLACE CHICKEN PIECES ON SALAD MIXTURE. (I FOUND IF YOU CHOP CHICKEN W/THE FOOD CHOPPER, IT IS LESS MESSY TO EAT). GRATE REMAINING CHEESE ON TOP OF CHICKEN. ENJOY!
