- 1/2 pound sliced chicken breasts
- 2 tbs cooking oil
- 1 ounce oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbs Prik Pow sauce
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic
- Vegetables:
- Pineapple chunks
- Onions
- Carrots
- Mushrooms
- Bell Peppers
- Scllions
- Cashew Nuts
Instructions
- Warm cooking oil over low heat.
- Add garlic and stir.
- Add chicken.
- Add vegetables(except scallions and cashew nuts.)
- Add 2 sauces and sugar.
- Add scallions and cashew nuts.
