    Chicken Tetrazzini

    List of Ingredients




    1 lbs of boneless chicken breasts
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
    1 c mayonnaise
    ½ lb grated sharp cheddar
    1 9 oz pkg. vermicelli




    Recipe



    In a stockpot, just cover the chicken and onion with water and cook until tender. Remove the chicken from water and onion. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

    Cook one 9-oz package of vermicelli in the stock with the onion till aldente. Drain stock off of pasta.

    Whisk together the soup, mayonnaise, salad dressing and half of the cheese in a mixing bowl. Add chicken and vermicelli to the mixture and pour into a lightly greased casserole dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles. Cover with cheese and lightly brown
