On Friday, 11/10/00, Joey Fatone from N'SYNC and his dad, Joe, showed us how to make Chicken Marsala.
1 chicken breast (cubed)
3 eggs (beaten)
1 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 red pepper (sliced)
1 onion (chopped)
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup water
1 cup marsala wine

Method:
Dip 1 cubed chicken breast in a mixture of 3 beaten eggs.
Then coat cubes in a mixture of 1 cup flour & 1 cup breadcrumbs and set aside. Blanch 1 sliced red pepper, 1 chopped onion and 1 cup of mushrooms in boiling water for 1 minute
In a baking pan, combine 1 cup water, 1 cup marsala wine, chicken cubes and blanched vegetables and marinate for 1 hour.
Remove chicken and vegetables from marinade and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
