Penne With Chicken And Sun Dried Tomatoe

List of Ingredients
3 shallots; peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
8 ounces chicken breast; cooked, deboned, julienned
4 ounces sun-dried tomatoes -- sliced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 pound penne -- cook
1 1/2 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons parmesan -- grated
1 teaspoon fresh basil -- juliennedRecipe
Saute shallots in oil for 2 minutes or until soft. Add chicken and tomatoes and cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes. Add cream and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
