Quick Skillet Cordon Bleu
List of Ingredients
1 tablespoon Margarine or Butter
3/4 pound boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts,
cut into strips
2 ounces Ham, cut into strips (about 1/2 cup)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 package (10 ounce) frozen cut Green Beans, thawed
1 cup Water
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 cups Instant Rice, uncooked
2/3 cup (about 3 ounces) shredded Swiss Cheese
Recipe
Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium-high
heat. Add chicken and ham; cook and stir until
chicken is brown. Stir in the soup, beans, water, and
mustard. Bring to a boil.
Stir in the uncooked instant rice. Cover, remove from
heat, and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle with
cheese, and cover. Let stand 3 minutes more, or until
cheese is melted.Serves 4
