Tandori Chicken
List of Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix:
3 tablespoons of tandoori paste
1 tablespoon of tikka paste
1 cup of plain yogurt
Few drops of Tabasco sauce (optional and only if you want it hot)
Set aside
Prepare your chicken:
6 chicken breasts or two chickens cut into pieces
Skin chicken and cut diagonal slashes in it.
Marinate the chicken for at least two hours. Grill on medium heat (at least 15 minutes).
Grilling the veggies:
Slice veggies (zucchini, yellow summer squash, sweet onion, carrots, etc.) into very thin slices.
Brush lightly with olive oil, then grill until just tender.
