24 LARGE TOMATOES -- PEELED AND QUARTERED
7 LARGE ONIONS -- PEELED AND SLICED
6 LARGE RED AND GREEN BELL PEPPERS -- CHOPPED
2 CUPS VINEGAR
1/3 CUP SUGAR
1 POUND BROWN SUGAR
2 TABLESPOONS SALT
1/2 TABLESPOON RED PEPPER
1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
1 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
Recipe
PEEL SKINS OFF TOMATOES. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND COOK IN A LARGE POT UNTIL THICK (COOKING TIME IS 4-6 HOURS- MAKE SURE YOU STIR OFTEN TO AVOID BURNING)
MAKES 6 PINT SIZE JARS. CAN BE FROZEN IN PINT SIZE CONTAINERS.
