    Sweet & Sour Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    2/3 cup apricot-pineapple preserves
    (or 1/3 cup of each preserve)
    2 Tblsp. water
    1 Tsblsp catsup
    1 Tblsp white vinegar
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco flavoring sauce
    Pinch of minced garlic

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat just to boiling, stirring occasionally.

    Yield: 3/4 cup of sauce
