    1 TABLESPOON OF OIL
    2 TABLESPOONS OF MINCED ONION
    1 CLOVE OF GARLIC
    1 CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE
    4 CUPS WATER
    1 TSP SALT
    2 BEEF BOUILLON CUBES

    MEATBALLS:

    1 LB OF GROUND BEEF
    6 TABLESPOONS BREAD CRUMBS
    2 TABLESPOONS RICE
    1 EGG
    DASH OF PEPPER

    MIX ALL OF THE SOUP INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND BRING TO A BOIL. MAKE MEATBALLS, ONCE COOKED ADD TO THE SOUP MIXTURE. COOL ON LOW HEAT FOR 25 MINUTES AND SERVE.
