    List of Ingredients





    Serves: 6 to 8

    1 can (46 ounces) tomato juice
    1/2 large cucumber, diced
    1 small green bell pepper, diced
    5 scallions, thinly sliced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 cup white vinegar
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 teaspoons salt
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

    Hot pepper sauce to taste

    In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
