    List of Ingredients




    1 Tbl onion, minced
    1 Tbl butter
    2 Tbl flour
    2 cups chicken broth
    2 cups half and half
    1 pound crab meat
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Sauté onion in butter. Add flour; cook and stir for 1 minute. Gradually stir in chicken broth and half and half; cook and stir 5 minutes.

    Break crab into chunks; add to broth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat thoroughly.
