    Cajun Swamp Potato Salad

    1 bag Zatarain's Crab Boil
    6 large Russet potatoes
    salt to taste
    1 cup mayo
    3 Tablespoons Creole Mustard
    2 medium white onions, chopped fine
    2 toes chopped garlic
    1 bunch chopped green onions
    4 sliced red radishes
    2 chopped sticks of celery
    dash Tabasco
    1 Tablespoon Shut My Mouth Creole Spices
    dash Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    Recipe



    Boil potatoes in Crab Boil until soft. Set aside to cool. In a large bowl, dice potatoes, add ingredients. That'll make your eyes twinkle!
