    Recipe Introduction


    This is one of April's many "quality food" dishes .


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. shredded or cut up chicken
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 -14oz. jar of salsa
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 cup (8oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
    • 8-10 large soft flour tortilla shells


    Instructions


    1. Either cook chicken pieces in crockpot 4-5 hrs. and then shred or buy a roasted chicken and cut chicken in small pieces .
    2. Mix sour cream , chicken soup , 1/2 jar salsa , and 1/2 cup shredded cheese with chicken .
    3. Place a wide ribbon of above mix down the center of each tortilla shell and fold up .

    4. Place filled tortillas seam side down in a buttered 9x13 pan.
    5. Spread the other 1/2 jar of salsa on top of tortillas and sprinkle the other 1/2 cup of shredded cheese over all .
    6. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and uncovered for 10 minutes .


    Final Comments


    A tasty meal with a side salad serves 4-6 .
