Holiday Pudding

Recipe Introduction
A holiday Tradition in the Hays house hold since the mid 80's.
List of Ingredients
2 11 oz cans mandarine orange sections, drain and reserve liquid
2 small packages tapioca pudding mix
1 small package orange jello
8 oz. cool whip topping, defrosted
Recipe
Drain the juice from the orange sections and add enough water to the juice to make 3 cups liquid. Bring to a boil in a medium sized pan. Add the pudding mix and jello. Cook stirring well until clear and thick. Cool and stir in the orange slices and cool whip.
Chill and serve.
