    List of Ingredients




    Cake:
    1 18.5oz. Yellow Cake Mix
    1 3.75oz. Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
    4 Eggs
    1/2 cold Water
    1/2 cup Oil
    1/2 cup Rum
    1 cup Pecans, (chopped)

    Combine Cake Mix and Pudding Mix in large mixing bowl. Add Eggs, Water and Rum. Grease and flour 10" tube pan. Sprinkle Nuts in bootom of pan and pour batter over nuts. Bake 1 hour in 325 degrees preheated over.

    Glaze:
    1 stick Butter
    1/4 cup Water
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    1/2 cup Rum
    Whipped Cream (optional)

    Melt Butter in saucepan. Mix in Water and Sugar. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in Rum. Invert warm cake on plate. Stick holes in cake and drizzle glaze over cake. Garnish with Whipped Cream.
