    MY CHICKEN CASSEROLE

    List of Ingredients

    5 chicken breasts
    1 can (large) evaporated milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can of cream of celery soup
    1 small bag pepperidge farm dressing mix
    1 1/2 chicken broth
    1 stick margarine

    Recipe

    cook chicken, cool, debone, tear into pieces. place in a greased or sprayed 9x13 pan. mix together soups with milk and microwave for 2 minutes. stir well and spread evenly over chicken. next place stuffing mix on top. mix chicken broth with melted margarine. pour evenly over stuffing mix and bake at 325 for 45 minutes.

    you can also use boneless skinless chicken breasts.
