1 CAN MIXED VEGETABLES
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 CAN CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
Recipe
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
BRING A LARGE POT OF SALTED WATER TO BOIL. ADD POTATOES AND COOK UNTIL TENDER, ABOUT 15 MINUTES, DRAIN AND MASH, SET ASIDE
COAT A 9X13 INCH BAKING DISH WITH COOKING SPRAY
IN A LARGE SKILLET OVER MED. HIGH HEAT, COOK GROUND BEEF UNTIL BROWN. DRAIN. STIR IN MIXED VEGETABLES, SOUPS, SALT AND PEPPER AND HEAT THROUGH.
POUR INTO PREPARED BAKING DISH.
COVER WITH MASHED POTATOES.
DOT WITH BUTTER.
BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES. UNTIL POTATOES ARE GOLDEN, AND MIXTURE IS HOT AND BUBBLY.
