- 2 c persimmon pulp
- 2 c milk
- 2 1/2 c self rising flour
- vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 c butter

- mix all ingredients and put in 9 x 13 baking dish.
- bake at 375 for 30 minutes
