    1 Spice Cake Mix (any brand)
    1 15 oz. can pumpkin
    ½ cup egg substitute
    1 Tbsp. water
    ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
    ¼ tsp. ground ginger
    ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients & beat until smooth. Pour into PAM sprayed 9x13 baking pan. Bake according to cake mix box directions or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
