    I love rhubarb.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 T. melted butter
    1 t. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1 t. soda
    1/2 t. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. rhubarb - cut into 1/2 " pieces

    Recipe



    Mix sugar, nuts, butter, cinnamon til crumbly. Set aside. Cream together sugar, shortening and egg. Stir together flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes in a 9X9" pan.
