    No egg yolks

    List of Ingredients




    18 ounces cream chees
    2/3 c. Zweiback crumbs, packed
    1 t. vanilla
    5 egg whites
    1 can fruit pie filling

    Recipe



    Soften cream chees at room temperature. Sprinkle bottom and sides of buttered 8" square springform pan with crumbs. Cream the chees and vanilla until fluffy. Beat whites until foamy. Beat in sugar, 1/3 c. at a time. Beat until whites hold peak but are not dry. Fold gently into cheese. Turn into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven (center will still be soft). Let cool away from drafts. When at room temperature, refrigerate for 4 hours. Garnish. Cut. 12 servings.
