List of Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- In large mixing bowl, beat eggs.
- Add milk, flour and baking powder - mix well into beaten eggs.
- add water or flour to obtain the consistency of pancake batter (semi-thick).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil, cooking until lightly browned on all sides.
- Allow spingis to cool, then roll or shke in bag of combined sugars, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Final Comments
Do not store in tight container or the spingis will become sticky.
