    Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

    This was a favorite when I was teaching Home Ec. It is quick and easy!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup peanut butter
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 egg


    Instructions


    1. Mix the three ingredients together.
    2. Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    3. Using a fork, flatten balls with a criss-cross pattern.
    4. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.
