    Serves 4

    List of Ingredients




    4 oz medium firm tofu
    8 slices whole grain bread

    Recipe



    1. Blend the tofu, soymilk, cinnamon, tumeric and vanilla in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.

    2. Add a little water if the "batter" is too thick.

    3. Heat the pan over medium heat, lightly wipe it with olive or organic canola oil.

    4. Dip bread in batter to coat both sides and grill lightly on each side until golden brown.

    5. Top with fresh berries and maple syrup and serve.
