Recipe Introduction
Zesty and satisfying, this sandwich version of a veggie pizza is so trouble-free to make it will become and after-school favorite for kids as well as an entree for grown-ups.
List of Ingredients
2 English Muffins
1/4 cup of spaghetti Sauce or commercial no-salt-added spaghetti sauce
1 ounce shredded part-skin mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
4 thin slices of onion
4 green bell pepper rings
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 F
Split muffins in half andput on baking sheet, cut sides up. Spread spaghetti sauce over muffins.
Top with remaining ingredients.
Place pizzas in oven and heat for about 5 mintues or until cheese melts.
Makes 2 servings POINTS=4 per serving
