    4 No-Salt Toufayan Pita Pockets
    3 Portabella Mushrooms - chopped
    1/2 Cup Onion - diced
    1 Tablespoon Garlic – diced
    1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    Recipe



    Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onions and stir for about two minutes. Lower the heat a little and add the garlic. Continue to stir for another two minutes.

    Add the Portabellas. Stir for about 3 minutes and remove from the heat. Cut the pita pockets in half - use a paring knife if necessary to open up the pocket.

    Stuff with the Portabella mixture and enjoy!

    Makes 4 servings.
