    I found this cheese ball very good and different so I made this for Christmas 09. It will fill you up so go slow and enjoy

    List of Ingredients




    8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    2-8 oz cans flaked ham
    2 TB chopped parsley
    1 tsp minced onion
    1/4 tsp dry mustard
    1/4 tsp Tabasco
    1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts for rolling the cheese ball in.

    Beat cheese and mayo until smooth. Stir in 5 ingredients. Cover and chill for several hours. Form into two balls. It will be quite sticky,but as you roll it in the nuts you can shape it. These freeze very well and then you can pull it out when you need it.
