    I just added this and that until I got the kind of bread I wanted

    List of Ingredients




    4 TB olive oil
    1-1/4 cups yellow self rising cornmeal
    3/4 cup self rising flour
    2 TB sugar
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 large egg

    Recipe



    Put 1-1/2 TB of olive oil in iron skillet heat 400 three minutes. Mix rest of ingredients and pour into hot pan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes until done.
