You cannot fail making these. They are so good!

List of Ingredients

4-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup sugar
1 cup xxx powdered sugar
1 cup softened butter
1 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla


Recipe

Cream sugars, oil, flour, butter. Beat the eggs and add rest of ingredients. roll into balls and flatten with floured fork on cookie sheet. Bake 375 10 to 12 minutes. Cool
(as with all cookies, I try one to see how it does, if it needs more flour then I add more and try another one before baking the whole batch).
