    Good stew for on a cold night

    List of Ingredients




    4 cups tomatoes
    1/2 cup beef stock
    1 carrot
    2 celery ribs
    2 small onions
    2 large potatoes
    1 cup cooked beef
    1 cup kidney beans
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1 TB taco seasoning
    1/2 cup corn
    1/8 tsp paprika
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp cumin
    garnish with sour cream if desired
    roasted garlic
    Enchilada sauce
    add water as needed for your own consistency
    add a dash of A1 steak sauce
    salt
    Beef base

    Recipe



    Cook all vegetables except kidney beans, seasonings, beef, add at the end and cook 10 minutes
