    Chocolate Eclair Cake

    Recipe Introduction

    What would life be if we did not indulge in this famous recipe. Like some of the other recipes that I enter here, this one was very popular long ago. There is no way to describe how wonderful it is. You just have to try it and then you will understand. I hope you give it a try one day and like it as well as we all do.

    List of Ingredients

    Butter a large dish 13x9 and line with whole graham crackers.
    Mix together:
    1 large package instant vanilla pudding
    3 cups milk
    9 ounces cool whip

    Pour a good layer of the above mixture over the crackers, add another layer of crackers, do this repeating until mix is used, ending with a layer of crackers. Then frost top with the following fudge glaze.
    GLAZE:
    1 (6 ounce) chcoclate chips
    4 tablespoons margarine
    4 tablespoons white corn syrup
    4 tablespoons milk
    Melt chocolate chips and rest of ingredients over low heat. Pour on top of cake. Let this set all day or over night.
