Karo Fat Free Chocolate Cake

Recipe Introduction

This cake will surprise you as it is so good and without any fat added. Very moist too.

List of Ingredients

1-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 egg whites
1 cup water
1/2 cup karo corn syrup

Preheat oven to 350. spray 9 inch pan with non sticking spray. In large bowl mix dry ingredients until well mixed. In medium bowl whisk egg whites, water and corn syrup. Stir into dry ingredients until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake 30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool 10 miutes.
