Pineapple Cherry Cake

My daugter, Carla, brought this recipe to my attention and she made this for our after dinner dessert one afternoon. It really will fool you, it really is good.
List of Ingredients
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling
1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup margarine
Evenly spread pineapple in a greased 13x9 inch pan. Carefully spread pie filling on top. Sprinkle with dry cake mix. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes or until the top is browned. top with vanilla ice cream.
