Recipe Introduction
I made this recipe for my two kids on many occasions to take to school parties and it was always a hit.
List of Ingredients
1 cup margarine
1 pound marshmallows
5 quarts popped corn (it really takes this much)
1/2 pound roasted peanuts
1 pound small gumdrops
Mix butter and marshmallows in a large pot; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows melt. Add popcorn, peanuts, and 1 pound gumdrops, stirring until blended. Press mixture into a well greased 10 inch tube pan. Chill until firm. Invert cake onto a serving plate and garnish with gumdrops. You can use M&M candy in place of gumdrops if you wish.
