Simple Coconut Cake

My friend and neighbor use to bake this cake and as a new bride I was looking for easy recipes to try out. She gave me this recipe and said it was easy to make and she was right. although this recipe is easy it is so good that people will think you spent hours on it.
List of Ingredients
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 (16 ounces) frozen coconut
Frosting:
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2/3 cup of evaporated milk
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon coconut extract
cool whip
coconut for garnish
Mix cake according to package directions but add the flavoring and frozen coconut and bake at 350 for 25 minutes in a 9x13 prepared pan. When done punch holes into cake and cool. Refrigerate. Meanwhile, fix the frosting and heat just until hot and pour onto cake. Let cool and refrigerate. Ice cake with cool whip and sprinkle with coconut.
