Now this is a very simple and easy cake to make and kids, as well as adults love to dive into this sweet treat. This recipe was very popular in 1997.
List of Ingredients
1 package white cake mix
1 stick margarine melted in pan
1 egg well beaten
Stir batter, mixture will be very stiff, press into pan.
1 box of confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
8 ounces of cream cheese softened
Beat this mixture with mixer and pour over the crust and bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
