6 quarts black berries
7 cups sugar
1-1/3 cups clear jel
1 tsp cinnamon
9-1/3 cups water
1/2 cup lemon juiceRecipe
Measure lemon juice and set aside. Mix clear jel, sugar and cinnamon in pan. Add water and mix until smooth. Stir until thick. Add lemon juice and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and fold in berries. Fill 7 jars and process in boiling water for 30 minutes.
