    Canned Apple Cake In A Jar

    This is really pretty sitting on the canning shelf and taste like fresh apple cake when opened

    List of Ingredients




    2/3 cup shortening
    3-1/3 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    2 cups applesauce
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3-1/3 cups flour
    1 tsp cloves
    1 cup raisins
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Grease wide mouth pint jars. Mix above as you would any cake mix and divide batter between 8 cans. Bake 60 minutes in 325 oven. Put on lids after taking out the cake.
