List of Ingredients




2 gallons green beans
1 gallon water
1 cup salt
1 cup vinegar

Recipe



Mix all ingredients and boil 7 minutes. Put into jars and seal. To serve, Drain beans and rinse, cover with cold water and heat to boil, drain and add fresh water and meat and or seasonings, BUT DON'T ADD ANY SALT, cook like fresh beans.
