List of Ingredients




3 cups crushed strawberries
3 Kiwi, peeled and diced
1 TB lemon juice
1 TB minced crystallized ginger
1 Pkg Fruit Jell Pectin
5 cups sugar



Recipe




Get cans ready. Mix strawberries, kiwi, lemon juice, ginger and powdered pectin in a large sauce pot. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring frequently. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Return to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil hard 1 minute. Remove from heat. skim foam if necessary. Ladle jam into jars. Screw down lids and process 10 minutes in a boiling water bath. 6 half pints
