Butternut Squash

Recipe Introduction
I use to make this every Christmas and take it to my sisters for dinner. Her son Ronnie (who also is a picky eater) always loved this dish.
List of Ingredients
1/3 cup soft butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 (5 oz) evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups mashed cooked butternut squash
Topping:
1/2 cup Rice Krispies
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup nuts
2 TB butterRecipe
Mix squash and beat in eggs, milk, vanilla and butter, sugar. Mixture will appear thin but it will thicken as it cooks. Pour into a greased casserole pan. Bake uncovered 350 for 45 minutes. Mix topping and sprinkle over casserole and cook 5 to 10 minutes.
