I made this for Christmas 2010 and it was really good


List of Ingredients




2-8 oz pkgs. cream cheese softened
2 cups chopped walnuts, divided
1/4 cup minced green pepper
2 TB minced onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1-8 oz can crushed pineapple well drained
1/4 tsp each: salt and pepper

Recipe



In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with 1 cup walnuts, green pepper, onion, garlic powder, pineapple, salt and pepper. Mix well and form mixture into a large ball. roll cheese ball in remaining walnuts and cover in plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
