    Best Rhubarb Cobbler

    This is a great cobbler and Amanda loves this cobbler and she is a picky eater.

    List of Ingredients




    6 cups rhubarb
    small box strawberry jello
    1/2 to 1 cup sugar
    1 cup water
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 cube of margarine, melted

    Recipe



    Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Put rhubarb into pan and sprinkle with jello and sugar. Pour water over and then sprinkle dry cake mix over the cake. Spoon melted margarine over top. Bake 350 for one hour or till done.
