Greatest banana pudding ever


List of Ingredients




1-1/2 cups sugar
2 TB flour
1-1/2 cups evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 or 4 bananas
3/4 box vanilla wafers

Recipe



Mix flour and sugar in pan. Separate eggs. Stir yolks until blended. Add milk in same cup as egg yolks. Slowly stir egg and milk mixture. Stir egg and milk mixture with sugar and flour mixture well. Cook on low heat until like custard. Add butter and cool. In a dish add 3 layers of wafers and three layers of bananas. Pour custard over wafers and bananas. Beat egg whites and add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Spread on top and bake 375 in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
