Recipe Introduction


I made this years ago for my brother and he loved it so much that he requested it very often. We even tired using strawberries and it was just as good. However, I think we favored the peach for some reason. Fresh peaches is the best but you can use canned.


List of Ingredients




1-1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 stick butter
1-3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 (8oz) cool whip
1 (80z) cream cheese
1 small package of peach jello

Recipe



Mix the cool whip and cream cheese good and place into bowl.
Peel and slice 6 medium peaches and place on top of cream cheese mixture.

In pan add 1 cup sugar, 3 TB cornstarch, 1-1/2 cups water and cook until thick and add 1 small package peach jello cool. Pour over peach mixture and refrigerate. Sprinkle with pecans if desired.
